1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to follow our return policy instead.

2. Return Policy

  • Customers can return products within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition.
  • If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
  • ProAir 365 will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

4. Exceptions

  • Custom or special orders may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
